i received a letter in the mail from the federal debt relief program in the mail claiming i am eligible for debt relief through the debt relief plan and that they can reduce my debt up to 40-60 percent and i can become debt free 2-4 years. they claim they are not through the government in anyway.
i am just wondering, is this a scam or for real?
and has anyone else received this letter?
